Heart Murmur Was Diagnosed Early

As a baby, my brother put a bean up his nose and ended up in the hospital. In the process, the doctors discovered that he had a heart murmur and he spent several months under intensive care. They were able to stabilize his condition and release him with medical ID bracelets. Years later, he lives a normal life and you would never know that he had a problem with his health as a child. He still has to be a bit more careful than most people and he still keeps those bracelets just in case. It was a great thing that he was able to have great care when he needed it.
